Best Refried Beans

Ingredients:

1 can Margaret Holmes Seasoned Pinto Beans with Vidalia Onions (27 oz)
¼ tsp. cumin
½ tsp.  garlic powder
½ tsp. chili powder
1 green onion, chopped
Texas Pete hot sauce

Recipe Instructions:

Drain pinto beans.  Pour pinto beans into a medium fry pan.  Using potato smasher, gently smash beans.  Add cumin, garlic powder and chili powder to smashed beans.  Bring mixture to a slow boil, lower heat, and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring frequently.

For garnish add a couple of dashes of Texas Pete and chopped green onion.  Serve while warm. Makes 4 servings.
