Connie’s Craving
Ingredients:
1 (14.5 oz) can Margaret Holmes Collard Seasoned Greens, drained
2 oz. Dromedary pimentos, drained
14 oz. container of egg beaters or 6 large eggs beaten.
¼ cup of chopped red onion
3 tbsp. Butter Buds sprinkles
2 tbsp. grated parmesan cheese
3 tbsp. flour (all purpose)
1 tbsp. bacon bits (imitation or real)
½ top white pepper
½ tsp. marjoram (optional)
Pam cooking spray
Recipe Instructions:
Remove liquid from the can of Margaret Holmes Collard Greens and Dromedary Pimentos jar. Spray Pam in 9 x 9” square glass baking dish. Mix all ingredients and pour into baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes uncovered. This recipe can be eaten warm, room temp or cold. It can be the main dish, side dish, or appetizer. If appetizer, just cut in smaller pieces and add a tooth pick for serving. Serves 12 as a side dish, also a nutritious snack.
