Crock Pot White Beef & Macaroni Stew

Ingredients:

2 lbs. lean beef cut into one inch cubes
Large can Progresso French Onion soup
16 oz. container sour cream onion dip
2 medium cans of Margaret Holmes tomatoes, okra and corn mixed and drained
1 cup uncooked small elbow macaroni
Salt and pepper to taste

Recipe Instructions:

Cover beef cubes with large can French onion soup. Set crock pot on simmer. After 3 hours mix in sour cream onion dip and simmer. For 2 hours stir occasionally to mix well. Then add the drained vegetables and mix vegetables into the crock pot mixture. Add 1 cup of uncooked small elbow macaroni and mix well again. Turn crock pot up to high for 1 hour. Test macaroni and serve when done.
