Man in the Kitchen

Ingredients:

12 oz. can Spam, cubed
1 can of Margaret Holmes Field Peas and Snaps, drained of most of the liquid
Texas Pete’s Tabasco Sauce

Recipe Instructions:

Remove cubed spam from can.  Place in fry pan and coat until crispy.  Drain Field Peas and Snaps of most of the liquid.  Place in pan.  Add cubed Spam.  Season to taste with Tobasco Sauce.  Serve warm.
