Margaret Holmes Pecan Pie
Ingredients:
-1 28oz. Jar of Margaret Holmes Pecan Pie Filling
-Remove Lid and place in Microwave
-Heat for 2 minutes (Watch for foaming over)
-Mix 3 Eggs and 4 tablespoons of butter in large bowl
-Pour contents of jar into bowl with eggs/butter and mix
-Pour contents of bowl evenly into 9 inch frozen deep dish pie crust shell.
Recipe Instructions:
Bake at 300 Degrees for 78 to 92 minutes (Pie is done when center is jelled) Remove from oven and cool.
