Okra Gumbo
Ingredients:
1 large onion, chopped
1 large green pepper, chopped
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
2 cans, Margaret Holmes Tomotoes, okra and corn
1 tbsp. white vinegar
½ tsp. salt
¼ tsp. black pepper
Recipe Instructions:
Saute onion and green pepper in oil in a large skillet until tender. Add tomatoes, okra and corn. Add remaining ingredients, cook over medium heat for 15 minutes, stirring frequently. Serve immediately.
