Olivia’s Vegetable Soup
Ingredients:
¼ cup of onions
1 carton of chicken broth
2-3 chicken bouillon cubes
½ of Uncle Ben’s white rice
½ cup of fresh corn
½ cup of fresh okra
½ cup of fresh yellow squash
½ cup of fresh zucchini squash
2 cans of Margaret Holmes tomatoes, okra, and corn
1 small fresh tomato
1 small package of beef stew or chicken
Recipe Instructions:
Use crock pot. Season beef stew to taste. Add half carton of chicken broth. Cook beef stew or chicken in crock pot until almost done. Add all other ingredients. Cook on medium heat until done.
