Peach Cobbler


1 can (large) Margaret Holmes Peaches, drained well
2 cups sugar
2 cups self-rising flour
2 sticks melted margarine
2 eggs, slightly beaten

Recipe Instructions:

Preheat over 350 degrees. Pour peaches in large flat baking pan.
Mix sugar, flour, and eggs in separate container. Take hands and sprinkle mixture over the top of the peaches. Pour melted butter over entire mixture.
Bake 350 degrees for 30 minutes, or until brown and done. Serve warm or cold.
Vanilla ice cream or cool whip is great with this.
