Quick Veggie Cheese Pasta

Ingredients:

1(16 oz) box Rontini
2 cans (14 ½ oz) of Margaret Holmes of Tomatoes, Okra and Corn
½ cup chopped chives
2 cups shredded Mexican cheese – 4 cheeses
¾ cup Italian dressing
Salt – pepper to taste

Recipe Instructions:

Cook Rontini – directions on box. Cool – add salt-pepper to taste.  Add 2 cans Margaret Holmes vegetables with juice. Add 2 cups Mexican shredded cheese.
Add ½ cups fresh chives – cut with scissors about 1/8 inch, stir. Add ¾ cup Italian dressing, stir. Sprinkle a little shredded cheese and chives on top
