Scallops in Succotash

Ingredients:

4 tbsp. butter
1 lb. scallops
1 can (14 ½ oz) Margaret Holmes Triple Succotash

Recipe Instructions:

Melt the butter in a skillet.  Add the scallops and simmer for 15 minutes.
Add the Margaret Holmes Triple Succotash, cover and simmer for 15 more minutes. Serve in a shallow bowl with garlic bread on the side.  Can be served over rice if desired.
