Seither Recipe
Ingredients:
2 cans Margaret Holmes Tomatoes Okra and Corn
2/3 cup Dunbars Roasted Red Peppers
20 large peeled shrimp
1 tbsp.margarine
1 tsp. Old Bay Seasoning
1 tsp. cornstarch
Recipe Instructions:
Reserve ½ cup of broth from 1 can of the tomatoes, okra and corn and set aside. Take half of the reserved broth and mix with margarine in pan on medium high heat, and shrimp, sprinkle on Old Bay Seasoning and sauté shrimp mixture for five minutes. Remove from heat and set aside. Dissolve 1 teaspoon of cornstarch into remaining ½ of reserved broth then add with remaining 2 cans of tomatoes, okra and corn to medium size pot and cook on medium heat till thick and bubbly. Add shrimp, turn off heat and dinner is ready. Serve with rice and crispy French bread.
