Southern Squash Casserole

Ingredients:

2 cans Margaret Holmes Vidalia Onions with Squash
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 cup sour cream
2 tsp. chopped Dromedary Pimientos
1 package herb seasoned stuffing mix
1 stick butter

Recipe Instructions:

Drain and lightly mash the two cans of squash.  Add pimientos.  Mix together the chicken soup and sour cream.  Add to squash and pimento mixture.  Melt butter and stir in stuffing mix.  Add half to squash mixture.  Place in casserole dish.  Top with the remaining stuffing mixture.  Bake at 325 until golden brown.  Serves 8 or more.
