South’s Best Chili
Ingredients:
1 ½ – 2 lbs. ground beef
1 medium sweet onion
2 cans dark kidney beans
2 cans Margaret Holmes Stewed Tomatoes
½ cup ketchup
½ cup honey bbq sauce
1 tbsp. chili powder
1 tsp. cumin
1 tsp. oregano
3 tbsp. Liquid smoke
Recipe Instructions:
Chop onion then sauté onion and ground beef until meat is browned. Drain and put in crock pot. Rinse kidney beans and add to crock pot. Add stewed tomatoes and remaining ingredients. Cook all day. Serve with corn bread. It’s delicious!
