The South’s Best Economical 09’ Meatless Meal

Ingredients:

Cornbread, cut into 4 squares
1 can Margaret Holmes tomato, okra, and corn
1 can Margaret Holmes seasoned collard greens
1 Texas Pete hot sauce bottle

Recipe Instructions:

Warm tomatoes, okra, and corn can and seasoned collard greens in separate pans. Add tomato, okra and corn on top of 4 cornbreads on 4 plates. Take collard greens and spoon around bottom of cornbread. Add dashes of hot sauce around the edge of plate and on top of food. Serve.
