Okra and Tomatoes with Grits

Margaret Holmes’ Recipe for Okra and Tomatoes with Grits

Ingredients:
1 can Margaret Holmes Stewed Tomatoes, undrained
1 can Margaret Holmes Cut Okra, undrained
3 cups cooked grits
Two tsp. flour
Dash of black pepper

Directions: Cook grits according to package directions. Add tomatoes and okra to saucepan adding flour to liquid to thicken. Put grits into a serving bowl, add pepper. Pour tomato and okra mixture over top. Serves 6 to 8.
