Classic Green Bean Casserole

Green beans, creamy sauce, and fried onion topping, for a classic with Margaret Holmes flair!

Ingredients

  • 2 cans Margaret Holmes Green Beans, drained (14.5 oz each)
  • 1 can Margaret Holmes Seasoned Mixed Greens (optional for extra flavor)
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup (homemade or store-bought)
  • 1 cup fried onions
  • salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • In a large bowl, combine cream of mushroom soup, drained green beans, and optional mixed greens. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Pour mixture into a greased casserole dish.
  • Top with fried onions.
  • Bake for 25 minutes, until bubbly and golden brown on top.
